What does my package include?

If you have booked the full package with us for the full 7 nights or a shorter stay, your package includes:

Accommodation at one of our wonderful hotels – San Remo or S’Estanyol. The hotels are right next door to each other, and guests have use of all facilities at both hotels.

All-inclusive food and beverages whilst at the hotel.

Wristbands which give you access to all our events for the duration of your stay except the boat party which is sold separately.

Events held every night at specially selected venues in San Antonio

DJ’s and acts poolside every afternoon

Are all of the events included in my package price?

If you have booked the hotel package with us, you will receive a wristband which gives you automatic access to all our events held both at the hotel and outside the hotel except the boat party which is not included as it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. If you wish to join us on the boat party, tickets are on sale separately for this and once purchased will be added to your booking.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included. This is because we have guests joining us from all over Europe and even further afield.

We recommend using a flight search engine to find the best flights for your trip – such as www.skyscanner.net

Can I stay for less than the full 7 nights?

Yes! We have a select number of shorter stay options available.

Head to the bookings page on our website to view what’s available.

Please note that only select check-in days will be available. If your desired check-in date is not available, please email us at bookings@slipbackintime.com and we will check availability for you.

Can I stay for longer?

Yes! You can add extra nights’ accommodation at the hotel either before or after the event by booking additional nights through the booking page on our website.

These nights will be added to your booking and you will keep the same room for the duration of your whole stay.

If there are extra nights that you would like and that are not showing as available via the website, please email us at bookings@slipbackintime.com and we will check availability for you.

Can I get airport transfers?

Airport transfers will be available to book directly with our airport taxi firm partners. Details for this service will be issued to all guests prior to the event and you will be able to contact the firm directly to organise this. A discount will be offered to all Slip Back in Time guests.

Please note that it does not matter at what time your flight arrives or departs, a transfer service will be available to you.

How far away from the airport is the hotel?

The hotel is only 18km away from Ibiza airport and this journey takes between 20 and 25 minutes by taxi.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please send us an email at bookings@slipbackintime.com so that we may process this cancellation for you.

Please ensure the lead booker of your party emails us.

The following cancellation deadlines apply:

Before 14th February 2025                                                           Loss of deposit

Between 14th February & 14th April 2025                                Loss of 50% of total booking

After 14th April 2025                                                                     Loss of 100% of total booking

What if I need to make a change to my booking?

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please send us an email at bookings@slipbackintime.com so that we can discuss these changes and process for you. We will always do our very best to make changes wherever possible.

There may be changes to your booking cost due to changes and we will discuss these changes with you by email.

Please note that certain changes incur an amendment fee of £30.00 per amendment.

Changes to your booking such as addition of guests / extra nights / optional extras do not incur any amendment fee.

Can I get wristbands for events only?

Wristbands are not currently available on their own. However, we’d love to see you at any of our events held outside the hotel so please do join us!

Tickets for these events will be available either on the door or through our ticket rep whilst on the island.

Please note however, that due to a limit on capacity at the hotel, poolside events are exclusive for guests staying at the hotel and unfortunately we are not able to admit guests staying elsewhere to these events.

Can I stay elsewhere and come to some of the events?

Yes! If you choose to stay elsewhere, we’d love to welcome you to any of our events held outside of the hotel.

Tickets for these events will be available either on the door or through our ticket rep whilst on the island. Wristbands will have priority at all our event venues throughout the week! Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Please note however, that due to a limit on capacity at the hotel, poolside events are exclusive for guests staying at the hotel and unfortunately we are not able to admit guests staying elsewhere to these events.

My payment card has now expired – what should I do?

No problem! Please call us in the office and we will update your card details that our secure payment system holds for you.

We can only do this over the phone.

I wish to change my method of payment – what should I do?

No problem! Please call us in the office to make any changes to your payment method.

We can make changes to the card details that we hold for you to make payments as per your payment plan, but we can only do this over the phone.

Can I choose whether I stay in San Remo or S’Estanyol?

If you have a preference on which hotel you’d like to stay in, please send us an email at bookings@slipbackintime.com and let us know. If there is still availability over your chosen hotel for your room type, we will happily place you in that hotel. Of course this may not always be possible, but we will always do our very best to place you in the hotel of your choice.

I want a room near to my friends – can you arrange this?

We will always do our very best for guests who have requests like this! If your friends have booked a room and you want to be near to them, please drop us an email at bookings@slipbackintime.com and let us know their names. We can’t guarantee that we will get you a room next door, but we will put your request to the hotel who are very good at accommodating requests like this for our guests wherever they can.

Can I have a seaview room?

If you would like to guarantee a seaview room, we can do this for you subject to availability.

The cost to add this to your booking is £50.00 per room

It is possible that you will be automatically allocated a seaview room by the hotel, but this cost guarantees that for you.

How do we get to the events?

We have carefully chosen our venues not only for the quality of their sound, interior and history but also for the ease at which we can all get to them! (without anyone dropping off along the way!)

They’re all within good walking distance from our hotel and if the walk is a little far for you, there are plenty of taxis that will take you there in no time. The hotel will even arrange the taxi for you.

Every night we arrange to meet around the pool and walk together if you choose to join us for the journey.

What time do the events go on until?

Our evening event timings vary slightly depending on the venue.

Most of our events start between 10pm and midnight and end between 4am and 6am.

Where do I get my wristband? (for guests who have booked a package)

In the lead-up to the event you’ll receive an email giving you full details on where to find us when you’ve checked into the hotel. We set-up camp at certain times of day around the pool at San Remo, and the members of our team will be so excited to welcome you and present you with a wristband and welcome pack.

Can I buy a t-shirt?

Yes! Slip Back in Time t-shirts and various other merchandise will be available for purchase on the island during our event. Just come and find us around the San Remo pool – you won’t be able to miss us!
