Abigail Bailey has been one of the scenes leading vocalists since she stormed the charts in 2005 with the massive club anthem by Herd & Fitz ‘I Just Can’t Get Enough’ Herd & Fitz ” I just cant get enough” Abigail Bailey where it reached an all-time high in the UK top 40, the track continues to be played as a staple vocal house anthem for many DJs around the world.
In 2024 the original received two reworks by leading female artist DJ producer Hannah Wants and the man of the moment Jakkob. Signed and released by the iconic Ministry of Sound Records. This classic track has been catapulted to a new generation and continues to rock dance floors across the globe and going viral on TikTok, capturing the essence of Ibiza at Ushuaia for Defected.
The new energy of these reworks has received further support from Danny Howard on BBC Radio One, Mista Jam on Capital Radio, and many more radio shows. The track has also been featured on prime-time sporting events, such as Boxing, the Euros, the Olympics and International Cricket.
In 2007 Abigail decided to focus on DJ’ing where she headlined many UK events such as Kinky Maliniki, MOS and EGG London. Abigail has also DJ’d at many international destinations, to include, Green Valley Brazil, Nassau Beach Club, Ibiza, Robar Argentina, Pacha Barcelona. Abigail has also played on several Radio stations, Selectukradio and Centreforce Radio . Abigail’s unique talent combines DJ sets and live vocals, whether it be tailoring her sets for the more uplifting crowd to a deeper underground sound.
Abigail is also responsible for co-writing the top line to Chris Lake’s, Changes along with being the voice of the 2007 hit with Tom Novy “ Touch Me in the morning”. Abigail has also shown her versatility and recently begun developing a new style of music and crossing genres alongside the Iconic Dave Seaman’s label Selador Recordings with her new release “Better Place in May 2024. DJ support on this release so far from Anthony Pappa, and Marco Corola and more. A peak time mix is scheduled for Spring 2025 from a high-profile underground artist which will be announced very soon.
